What’s the situation with medical facilities in rural areas?

    I’ve been doing some research, and I’m curious about the healthcare situation in rural Nepal. I want to make sure I’m prepared in case of any emergencies while I’m trekking. But I’m wondering – what’s the deal with medical facilities out there? Are there hospitals or clinics readily available, or is it more of a “make-do” situation?

    Any insights or experiences to share?
