    If I am traveling to India for food, which state should I go to first? I’m on a culinary adventure and looking for diverse flavors and less known foods. With so many regions all having their own unique dishes and culinary traditions, I could use some guidance on where to start.

    I love spicy and the tangy flavors you get in a lot of dishes. So really nothing is off limits when it comes to food! Really appreciate the suggestions!!
